IT'S THEIR PICTURE SHOW.....Director Peter Bogdanovich (left), and co-stars Ellen Burstyn and Ben Johnson of Columbia Pictures' "The Last Picture Show," are all smiles over honors presented to them by the New York Film Critics at Sardi's recently. Bogdanovich was honored for Best Screenplay which he co-authored with Larry McMurtry. Miss Burstyn was named Best Supporting Actress and Johnson Best Supporting Actor.

The gentleman on the right is identified on the back of the picture only as "Art N." Presumably Ben was given the Council's Golden Halo Award at this event although the council's website does not include an archive of past winners to verify this.
